Stallings Polled Hereford Beef
Stallings Polled Herefords has been a family owned and operated farm for the past 23 years. We treat all our cattle with respect and with the best of care, giving them plenty of space in a stress free environment. We do not tolerate drugs that make cattle grow faster; our Hereford genetics grow our cattle successfully the natural way. After weaning; our steers raised for our beef sales are fed grass, hay, vitamins & minerals. The last three months we add a quality custom finish grain consisting of corn, oats & barley.
As our customer we are committed to bringing you high quality natural beef from our farm to your freezer. Hereford beef excels in tenderness, juiciness, flavor and palatability.
Your beef is cut and wrapped to your specifications and for your information we have included a detailed diagram of the cuts of beef and where they are located on the animal.

We use Gary and Kathy Kennedy of 4-Star Meat, of Eugene Oregon as our exclusive meat processing company; they have always done a tremendous job for us. Kathy will walk you through the options on your cutting instructions. For example some questions they ask are; what thickness would you like your meat cut? What size you would like your packages wrapped? What cuts of meat would you like? On all beef orders purchased from Stallings Polled Herefords the customer is responsible for paying 4-Star Meats their portion of the cutting and wrapping fee.
Orders are priced by the steers hang weight with an average hang weight of 750 lbs.
We sell our steers for home use as a whole beef, half beef or quarter beef. When available we offer single packages of hamburger in one and two pound packages. To get our current pricing for beef or for questions go to our contact page. |
